Epoxy resins

Low viscosity, modified epoxy resin composition. Used as a component №1 in two-component (component №1 – resin composition, component №2 – hardener) system, that is intended for gluing of different materials – concrete, natural stone, ceramics etc.). Used also as a two-component casting mass for industrial and decorative coatings, floors, glass fibre reinforcement, veneer etc.

FEATURES:

• Good adhesion to various surfaces;
• Does not contain organic solvents;
• No characteristic odour;
• Short hardening time;
• High mechanical resistance;
• Resistant to chemical reagents.

USAGE: Treated surface should be clean, hard and a little rough. Surface moisture not more than 10%. Apply on concrete surfaces no earlier than 28 days after the concrete is laid. Minimal usage temperature +15°C. Components №1 and №2 should be carefully mixed correctly 1:0.07. Tools and equipment should be cleaned with acetone-based diluent immediately after use.

DRYING TIME: Initial adhesion time from 30 to 60 minutes at room temperature. Complete hardening time is approximately 24 hours at room temperature.
