Epoxy resins

Fast-hardening repair resin is a two-component epoxy composition intended for repair and bonding of various materials - metal, wood, plastic, ceramics, glass. Can also be used to insulate electronic parts. It is especially well used for repairing epoxy castings - scratches, air bubble pockets, other defects.

FEATURES:

• Transparent with UV protection from yellowing;
• Good adhesion to various surfaces;
• Without characteristic smell;
• Short curing time – 5 minutes;
• Resistant to chemical reagents.

APPLICATION: Surfaces to be treated must be clean, hard and slightly rough. The optimal application temperature is +25°C and air humidity up to 70% (not higher than 85%). If the temperature is lower than +15°C, the product must be heated to +30°C. Components #1 and #2 are mixed in a special nozzle in a ratio of 1:1. Wash tools and equipment immediately after using the product with an acetone-based solvent. Safety glasses, gloves and a respirator must be worn during work. DRYING TIME: Development time at +25°C about 2 minutes. Full curing time about 5 minutes.
STORAGE: In the original packaging, at a temperature from +5°С to +25°С. The storage time is indicated on the package.
