Granular sealant with authentic visual effect - it looks like a traditional fixing mortar. Designed for sealing joints and cracks between the logs of log cabins, as well as for sealing joints and junctions of other wooden structures. Sealant perfectly align with the surface of the wood, has high elasticity and good adhesion to wood. Remains flexible in low temperatures, providing tightness of buildings in both summer and winter. Log Chink significantly reduces heat loss from buildings, protect the structure from moisture and rain. It is resistant to UV rays and lets wood to breathe. Designed for exterior and interior applications.
Ecologically pure material from natural linseed oil, does not contain organic solvents. Sealant can be painted with any kind of paint.
Application: On dry and clean wood surface sealant must be applied using a special syringe or spatula. After the application of sealant its surface can be formed by dipped in soapy water spatula. It is not recommended to work with the sealant in direct sunlight and at temperatures below +5°C, in the rain, as well as apply sealant to the surface treated with other coating.
Consumption and drying: 225m/10l if seam widthis app. 1cm. Consumption depends on the application method, on width and depth of the joint. In normal conditions (+20°C) after 4-6 hours the surface of sealant becomes water-resistant, it is completely dry in 24 hours.
Use water for tools cleaning.
Ingredients: Linseed oil, acrylic dispersion, fillers, pigments, special additives.
